Service Description
ExtractKeywords offers keyword extraction by analyzing text or URL content using word frequency analysis, stop-word filtering, and multi-word phrase detection. The free tier can be used without an account or payment.
The free tier is limited to 10,000 characters per submission. Pro subscriptions increase the Text and URL extraction limit to 50,000 characters per submission and include AI semantic extraction up to 20,000 characters per request. URL extraction works only on publicly accessible web pages and respects robots.txt directives. Only http and https URLs are accepted.
Extraction results are generated in real time and are not stored on our servers. The Service is intended for lawful purposes only.
Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

- Authority β You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
- Compliance β You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

- Abusive content β Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Circumvention β Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or technical restrictions of the Service.
- Misrepresentation β Use the Service in a way that misrepresents the origin or nature of extracted content.
- Rate limit abuse β Send excessive requests that disrupt the availability or performance of the Service for other users.
Intellectual Property
The ExtractKeywords name, logo, and tool interface are owned by ExtractKeywords. The Service itself is provided for you to use β you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the tool or its underlying technology.
Content you submit for extraction remains yours. We do not claim ownership over the text, URLs, or extracted results you generate using the Service.
Pro Features
Pro is a paid subscription offered at $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Pro increases the character limit for Text and URL keyword extraction to 50,000 characters per submission and includes AI semantic extraction up to 20,000 characters per request. Future PDF, YouTube, history, and priority support features remain planned for later release.
AI semantic extraction sends submitted text to DeepSeek for processing. We do not store your AI input text or extraction results after processing. Basic Text and URL extraction do not send submitted text to a third-party AI provider.
Payments and billing management are processed by Creem Inc. Subscription access is synchronized through our payment provider and may be updated if billing status changes.
Limitation of Liability
ExtractKeywords is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
- The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of content fetched from third-party websites via the URL extraction feature.
